Good question! the average monthly cost of a full-time senior-level editor starts at 20,000 AED plus benefits, you're paying a fraction of that with us. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying us when you have work available for us.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in about 24 hours. However, more complex requests can take longer.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. If you sign up and use the service for 15 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 16 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you post requests using Trello. Some common ways clients do it is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we're good with it.

While our subscription service encompasses an extensive range of post-production capabilities, there are certain specialised requests that fall outside the purview of our standard offering. These include: Editing long-form videos, defined as those with a duration exceeding 90 seconds. Production and editing of animation videos. Editing podcasts longer than 90 mins and with more than 3 cameras. Multicam editing projects involving 3 or more cameras. Sound design for long-form videos, defined as those with a duration exceeding 90 seconds. Mixing and Mastering multi instrumental music tracks. Original music compositions. Complex Foley and Sound Design. Advanced Surround Sound Mixing. Highly customised podcast post-production with unique requirements may be subject to customised quotes.
